The Wheatsheaf dates back to 1682 as a drinking house and has recently been refurbished to a traditional style and high standard. The pub offers a warm slow relaxed atmoshphere with everything you would expect behind the bar and an excellent selection of guest ales that are changed on a weekly basis. Traditional home cooked food is served between 11.30am-3.00pm Monday to Saturday and the pub is open for drinking between 11.00am-11.00pm Monday to Saturday and 12.00pm-10.30pm on Sundays. |
