Our aim is to ensure the happiness, well being, and all round development of each individual child entrusted into our care. All children need and deserve to spend their formative years in a happy, caring, safe and stimulating environment which supports the care they receive at home.

Visitors to Woodgreen will be aware of the quality and quantity of the equipment, toys, furnishings and the attention to safety. Most importantly, they will meet the staff, who have experience, dedication, cheerful enthusiasm and the qualifications, which create a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This is essential for the happiness, comfort and all round development of small children.

As an exclusive day nursery we are able to provide for the special needs of babies and toddlers in our newly built baby unit. Older children take advantage of the Nursery School. Children have ample opportunity for unstructured play, but are also encouraged from an early age to enjoy painting, sand and water play movement, dancing and singing. Children are regularly taken to the park for a picnic, or on a country walk. We also adhere to your child's established daily routine, and see our role as one of adapting our procedures to the needs of the individual child.
