Culverdene is a private day nursery which has been established since 1992. The nursery is accommodated in a semi-detached converted Victorian house with spacious rooms. At Culverdene Day Nursery we offer an excellent standard of care and a wide range of learning experiences for children aged 3 mths - 5 years.

Our aims are to help children to develop in many directions so that they are happy, confident, self assured and able to cope with themselves, other people and the world about them. We provide a secure and welcoming environment where, in an atmosphere of fun and co—operation, children can enjoy learning through play and self-initiated activity.

Culverdene is a large Victorian house, fully refurbished and equipped to provide the highest standards in day nursery care. The rooms are spacious and light with areas for energetic and exploratory play as well as for quiet and reflective activities.

Our outdoor play area is secure and provides both an all-weather safety surface and grassed area where children can enjoy active play in the open air.

On a daily basis all of our children have the opportunity to participate in indoor physical activity on our soft play and balancing equipment.
